- Applicant's original birth certificate
- Two identical full face passport size photographs. One to be certified by JP or Notary Public
- Jamaican parent(s) original registry issued birth certificate(s)
- Certified copy of passport(s)
- Original copy of registry issued marriage certificate

- US$100 International Bank Draft drawn on a United States bank made payable to:
Passport Immigration and Citizenship Agency (P.I.C.A.), 25 Constant Spring Rd, Kingston - Processing time 6-8 Weeks
The consulate will submit the documents to the Ministry of National Security and when it is returned approximately 2-3 months later, we will call you to collect your Certificate of Citizenship.
